It\u2019s been almost 15 years since I photographed Willie and Lili\u2019s engagement session<\/a> and wedding<\/a> back in 2011! I remember Willie had recently won a long battle with cancer at that point and the two were so excited to start their new lives together. I was less than two years into my photography career and every opportunity to shoot a wedding felt like Christmas day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since then, Sean and I have moved to Colorado, New Jersey, and finally circled back to Pennsylvania all over again. Who\u2019d have thought our homecoming would bring the opportunity to see this amazing family once again, but this time with their now ten-year-old son, Peter, in the mix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Their recent family session took place at the beautiful Lockridge Park, which was a nice partway point for us from their home in the Poconos. We got so many great images right off the bat, we finally took to getting pretty darn silly with it. By the time we got to the last image in this set, I had them laying on a random piece of train track that we found that was NOT CONNECTED to anything on either end, so 100% safe. I don\u2019t recommend anyone take pictures on tracks even if they think they are inactive. I used AI to change the outfits and add the tumbleweed, dust and Saloon, but the rest of the image is actually really authentic to the original.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
